AÑEJO JULEP
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Añejo Tequila,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
3-4 Dashes of Orange Bitters,
6-7 Fresh Mint Leaves,
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Julep Cup,
Cocktail Strainer,
Bar Spoon
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a julep cup add the 1933 Agave Simple Syrup and mint leaves, muddle them together. Next, add crushed ice and pour the Añejo tequila , with a bar spoon lightly stir to mix everything together. Add more crushed ice, 3-4 dashes of orange bitters, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
