
COCONUT & CUCUMBER
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz (45ml) Silver Tequila,
1½ oz (45ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
1½ oz (45ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
4 Slices of Fresh Cucumber,
1 Fresh Sprig of Thyme,
Regular Ice and Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
Muddler.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the cucumber slices and muddle them together. Next, combine the fresh coconut water, lime juice, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, silver tequila, and ice, to the cocktail shaker. Shake everything together vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double/fine strain the cocktail over crush ice in an Old-Fashion glass, garnish with a fresh with a sprig of thyme.
