GRILLED PINEAPPLE PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz (30 ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
Sparkling Water
Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the silver tequila, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh pineapple juice, ice, and shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lime and pineapple leaves, Enjoy.
