
Hibiscus & Prickly Pear
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Silver Tequila
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Prickly Pear Simple Syrup
2 oz (60 ml) Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Slice of Lime
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the hibiscus tea, lime juice, tequila, 1933 Prickly Pear Simple Syrup, Cointreau, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and pour the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh slice of or lime.
