HIBISCUS MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Añejo Tequila
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Wheel
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice,
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion/ Rocks Glass,
Strainers,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup, Añejo tequila, lemon juice, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add crushed ice to an old-fashion/Rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Top off with more crushed ice and garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and a small dry hibiscus flower.
