MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Silver Tequila,
¾ oz (22ml) Cointreau,
¾ oz (22ml) Cointreau,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
Charred Salt or Regular Salt,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Margarita Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
First rim the margarita glass with salt. Next, add the tequila, Cointreau, 1933 Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake for 6-7 seconds. Lastly, add ice to the margarita glass, single strain the cocktail into it, and garnish with a slice of lime.
