GRILLED PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) Tequila Reposado,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 Slice of Grilled Pineapple,
Chili Salt or Kosher Salt,
Chili Salt or Kosher Salt,
Fresh Sprig of Mint
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS
First, grill a slice of pineapple. Secondly, add the grill pineapple and muddle it together. Thirdly, add the Tequila, fresh lime juice, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, fresh pineapple juice, and ice, to a cocktail shaker and shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, rim a rocks glass with kosher salt, add ice, and double/fine strain into the cocktail into it. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and enjoy.
