SPARKLING GRILLED PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
½ oz (15 ml) Silver Tequila
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup
Chilled Champagne
Fresh Sprig of Thyme
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Champagne Flute Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Next, double strain the cocktail into a champagne flute glass and top off with champagne. Lastly, garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme, enjoy.
