VAMOS A HAVANA
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz (45 ml) of Tequila,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Coconut Shavings,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Coconut Water,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
Dehydrated Citrus Slice (for garnish),
Ice.

Double Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the coconut shavings and coconut water, muddle them together until you get somewhat of a paste consistency. Next, add the 1933 Coconut Simple Syrup, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, dry shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Open the cocktail shaker and add ice, shake vigorously one more time. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus slice and coconut shavings.
