WATERMELON & MINT PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Silver Tequila,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
2 oz (60ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
4-5 Fresh Watermelon Cubs,
4-5 Mint Leaves,
Sparkling Water,
Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Kosher Salt,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer/Juicer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the watermelon cubes and mint leaves, muddle them together. Next, add the tequila, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and ice, shake everything for about 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Lastly, add sparkling water and garnish with a slice of Grapefruit and a fresh sprig of mint.
