INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Gin,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
Chilled Champagne
Lemon Peel

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Pitcher
Jigger,
Champagne Flute Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer/Juicer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the Gin, lemon juice, 1933 Simple Syrup, and Ice, shake everything together for 10-15 min. Next, add the cocktail into a champagne flute glass, twist a lemon peel into it, add top off with chilled champagne.
