CILANTRO & JALAPEÑO MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz (45 ml) Mezcal 
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Grand-Marnier,  
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 
4-5 Fresh Sprig of Cilantro, 
Fresh Slices of Lime, 
3-4 slices of Fresh Jalapeño,
Regular Ice & Crushed Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Strainers,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh cilantro, fresh jalapeño, and muddle them together. Next, add Mezcal, fresh lime juice, 1933 Simple Syrup, ice, and shake for 5-6 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail mix into it, garnish with a slice of Jalapeño or lime and enjoy.
