GRILLED PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) of Light Rum,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
4-5 Fresh Chunks of Pineapple
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh pineapple and muddle them together. Next, add the Rum, 1933 Grilled Pineapple simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake everything vigorously together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double/fine strain the cocktail into it a coupe glass and garnish with fresh slice of pineapple.
