INGREDIENTS: 1 oz (30ml) oz Light Rum,½ oz (15ml) 1933 Horchata Simple Syrup, 3 or 4 Fresh Lime Peels, Unsweeten Horchata Water,   Regular Ice, Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Muddler, Sherry Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the Lime peels and muddle them, this will release the natural oils of the lime peels. Next, add the 1933 Horchata Simply Syrup, unsweetened horchata, regular ice, and shake everything together.
