
HIBISCUS BERRY LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Vodka,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
4-5 Fresh Blueberries
2-3 Fresh Blackberries
Sparkling Water
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Double Rocks Glass or Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh blackberries and blueberries, muddle them together. Next, add the fresh lemon juice, vodka, 1933 Hibiscus simple syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass or Collins glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with fresh thin slices of lemon.
