BLACKBERRY & ROSEMARY LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Whiskey, ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, 3-4 Fresh Blackberries, 2 Fresh Sprigs of Rosemary, Sparkling Water, Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Muddler, Lemon Squeezer, Double Rocks Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the blackberries and muddle them together. Next, add the fresh lemon juice, whiskey, 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup, one small fresh sprig of rosemary, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. WHISKEY SMASH
INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Whiskey,½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, 4-6 Mint Leaves, Fresh Sprig of Mint Crushed Ice. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Old-Fashion Glass, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the whiskey, lemon juice, 1933 mint simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice. Shake everything vigorously for 15 seconds. Single strain the cocktail in an empty tin, next dry shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add pour the cocktail in an old-fashion glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slices of fresh lemon....
BLUEBERRY WHISKEY
INGREDIENTS: 2 oz (60ml) of Whiskey,15 Fresh Blueberries, 2 Fresh Lemon Slices, 0.15 oz (2tsp) (4.5ml) Organic Sugar, Ginger Beer, Ice, Sprig of Mint. BAR TOOLS: Cocktail Shaker,Jigger, Old-Fashion Glass, Muddler, Strainers. INSTRUCTIONS: In a cocktail shaker add the fresh blueberries, lemon slices, and sugar, muddle the ingredients together. Next, add the whiskey and ice, shake everything together. Add ice to an old-fashion glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass over the ice.
