
BLACKBERRY MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Añejo Tequila,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup,
5 Fresh Blackberries,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint,
Dry Orange Slices,
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the blackberries and muddle them together. Next, add the 1933 blackberry simple syrup, añejo tequila, fresh lime juice, and ice, shake all the ingredients for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into an old-fashion glass and top off with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, blackberries, and dry orange slices.
