BAR TOOLS: Jigger, Lemon Squeezer, Collins Glass, Muddler, INSTRUCTIONS: In a Collins glass add the lime, mint, muddle them together. Next, add the tequila, 1933 Mint Simple Syrup, and ice, stir everything for 5-6 seconds. Top off with crushed ice and sparkling water, stir everything one more time.
