CITRUS TEQUILA SANGRIA

CITRUS TEQUILA SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS:
25 oz (750 ml) White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc),
1 Cup of Tequila,
2 Cups of 1933 Simple Syrup,
4 Fresh Oranges,  
3 Fresh Lemons, 
6 Fresh Limes,
Fresh Mint,
Sparkling Water 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Lemon Squeezer,
Large Glass Pitcher,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large pitcher add 3 fresh squeezed oranges, 2 fresh squeezed lemons, 5 fresh squeezed limes, simple syrups, stir and mix them together. Next cut the leftover lemon, lime, and orange into slices, add them to the pitcher and mix it all together again. Lastly add the tequila, wine, sparkling water, ice, and mint, then stir everything one more time. In a goblet glass add some ice and pour some sangria in it, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
