CUCUMBER & CILANTRO MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Blanco Tequila,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
3-4 Fresh Cucumber Slices,
1-2 Fresh Sprigs of Cilantro
Kosher Salt or Chipotle Chili Salt,
Ice.
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, rim a rocks glass with salt or chili salt. Secondly, add the cucumber slices, and fresh sprig of cilantro, muddle them together. Next, add the lime juice, tequila, 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup. Thirdly, add the tequila, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to the rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a fresh sprig of cilantro.
