CUCUMBER MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz (45 ml) Blanco Tequila, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice, 
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Lime, cut in quarters
3 Cucumber Slices,
4-5 Fresh Mint Leaves
Kosher Salt or Chipotle Chili Salt, 
Crushed Ice.

BAR TOOLS: 

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Cocktail Strainer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

First, rim a rocks glass with the chipotle chili salt. Secondly, add cucumber slices, mint leaves, and ½  of a lime cut in quarters to a cocktail shaker, muddle them together. Thirdly, add the tequila, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lime juice, 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to the rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint leaf.
