DRAGON FRUIT SPARKLING MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Silver Tequila
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Cointreau,
1 oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
¼ of Fresh Dragon Fruit Cut in Small Dices,
Sparkling Water,
¼ of Fresh Dragon Fruit Cut in Small Dices,
Sparkling Water,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Double Rocks Glass,
Muddler.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh dragon fruit and muddle them together. Next, add the tequila, 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup, lime juice, Cointreau, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and pour the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
