GINGER & CILANTRO

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Tequila,
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 Fresh Sprig of Cilantro, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the fresh cilantro and muddle them together. Next, add the tequila, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, and ice,  shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into an old-fashion glass and top off with ice, garnish with dehydrated citrus.
