
SPICY PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Tequila Reposado
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Oleo-Saccharum Simple Syrup
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Cointreau
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
4 oz (120 ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
2-3 Fresh Slices of Jalapeño
Sparkling Water
Chili Salt
Ice
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,

Muddler,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh jalapeño slices and muddle them together. Next, add the Tequila, Cointreau, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, 1933 Ole-Saccharum, fresh lemon juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, rim a Collins glass with chili salt, add ice, and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a slice of lime and jalapeño slice, Enjoy.
