HIBISCUS & PINEAPPLE

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Tequila or Mezcal,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Pineapple Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 oz (30ml) Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea
3-4 Fresh Square Slices of Pineapple 
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint
2-3 Slices of Fresh Jalapeño (only if you want it spicy)
Sparkling Water  
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker
Jigger
Double Rocks Glass
Cocktail Strainer
Lemon Squeezer
Muddler

INSTRUCTIONS:

If you want to you cocktail spicy, first, add the fresh jalapeño and pineapple in a cocktail shaker and muddle them together.

Add the fresh Pineapple to a cocktail shaker and muddle them together. Next, add the Tequila or Mezcal, 1933 Pineapple Simple Syrup, unsweetened hibiscus tea, lime juice, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a double rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with fresh sprig of mint, enjoy.
