SPARKLING MANGO & DRAGON FRUIT MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1-2 Fresh Slices of Mango
Sparkling Water
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Highball Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh mango and muddle them together. Next, add the fresh lime juice, tequila, 1933 Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup, 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Highball glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with fresh sprig of mint.
