
PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Silver Tequila,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
¼ oz (7.5ml) Grand Marnier,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
2 oz (60ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
Pinch of Salt,
Sparkling Water,
Fresh Slice of Grapefruit,
Fresh Sprig of Rosemary,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer/Juicer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the tequila, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, Grand-Marnier, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and regular ice, shake everything for about 10-15 seconds or until chilled. Add ice to a Collins glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Next, add sparkling water and pinch of salt. Garnish with a slice of Grapefruit and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
