Raspberry Tequila Sour

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz (45 ml) Tequila Añejo
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Raspberry Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,   
4-5 Fresh Raspberries, 
Fresh Egg White, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Strainers,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh raspberries and muddle them together. Next, add Tequila Añejo, fresh lime juice, 1933 Raspberry Simple Syrup, egg white, and ice, shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail mix into it a Coupe glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
