SAGE & PEAR
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila,
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
2-3 Fresh Slices of Pear,
1-2 Fresh Sage Leaves,
Splash of Sparkling Water,
Fresh Sprigs of Sage,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Rocks Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the pears and muddle them together. Next, add the tequila, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, fresh Lemon juice, sage leaves, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
