
SPICY TEXAS MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Tequila,
¼ oz 1933 Oleo Saccharum,
¼ oz 1933 Oleo Saccharum,
¼ oz Cointreau,
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice,
2-3 Thin Slices of Serrano Pepper,
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice,
2-3 Thin Slices of Serrano Pepper,
Ginger beer,
Crushed Ice.
Crushed Ice.
In a cocktail shaker add the peppers and lime juice, muddle them together. Next add the ole Saccharum, Cointreau, tequila, and ice, shake everything together for about 15 seconds. Coat the rim of a Collins glass with salt and Double/Fine Strain the cocktail over ice, top off with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of lime.
