The Mango and Coconut Mezcal Rickey
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Mango Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Coconut water,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Mango Juice,
Sparkling Water,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh mango juice, fresh coconut water, fresh lemon juice, 1933 Mango Simple Syrup, Mezcal, and Ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a Collins Glass and double strain the cocktail into it, top off with sparkling water and garnish with fresh slice of mango, enjoy.
