GRILLED PEACH & BOURBON TEA

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup
2 oz (60 ml) Unsweetened Tea 
2-3 Slices of Fresh Peach
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice 
1 Fresh Sprig of Mint
Ice

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker
Jigger
Collins Glass
Muddler
Strainers

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the peach slices & muddle them together. Next, add the Bourbon, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, ice, and tea, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, fine/double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass, top off with ice. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and enjoy.
