HAWAIIAN GOLD
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Orange Blossom Honey Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
1 Fresh Slices of Pineapple Cut Into Squares,
2-3 Dashes of Bitters
Black Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Coupe Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the fresh pineapple and muddle them together. Next, add the fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple juice, 1933 Orange Blossom Honey Simple Syrup, 2-3 dashes of bitters, and ice, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Rim one side of a coupe glass with black sesame seeds, for garnish. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into the coupe glass and enjoy.
