PINEAPPLE SOUR
INGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup
2 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Dashes of Bitters
1 Egg White
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple juice, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, 2 dashes of orange bitters, and egg whites, dry shake everything vigorously together for 10 seconds. Next, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake everything again for 10-15 seconds. Add ice to a rocks glass and double strain the cocktail into it. Lastly, add two dashes of orange bitters and garnish with a thin lemon peel.
