ROSEMARY MAPLE BOURBON SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Bourbon,
1½ oz (45ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Dark Maple Syrup,
2 Large Sprigs of Rosemary,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Old-Fashion Glass,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add one sprig of rosemary, fresh lemon juice, Bourbon, and Ice, shake everything together for 6-7 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cherry, enjoy.

You can add sugar on the rim of the glass if you like.
