PISCO SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) Pisco,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
1 Egg White,
Angostura bitters,
Ice,
INSTRUCTIONS:
IIn a cocktail shaker tin add the egg white and a bit of ice, shake briefly to aerate the whites. Next add Pisco, fresh Lime Juice, 1933 simple syrup, and ice, shake everything vigorously together for 6-7 seconds. Single strain the cocktail into a chilled Coupe glass or Martini glass, add 2-3 drops of Angostura bitters and enjoy.
