BUBBLY BLACKBERRY

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (30 ml) Gin
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Blackberry Simple Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
2-3 Fresh Blackberries
Chilled Champagne
Fresh Sprig of Thyme
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Viognier Wine Glass,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the fresh blackberries and muddle them together. Next, add the gin, 1933 Simple Syrup, lime juice, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, single strain the cocktail into a Viognier wine glass and top off with chilled champagne, garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and blackberries.
