GREEN GIMLET

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (60 ml) Gin,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Lime Cordial Syrup,
Fresh Lime Zest,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Cocktail Strainer,
Coupes Glass,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add lime juice, 1933 Lime Cordial Syrup, gin, fresh lime zest, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Double strain the cocktail into a Coupes glass and garnish with a thin slice of lime.
