GIN & CUCUMBER LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Gin
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup,
½ of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters,
4-5 Slices of Fresh Cucumber,
Sparkling Water,
1 Fresh Sprig of Rosemary,
Ice.

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Collins Glass,
Strainers,
Cocktail Strainer,
Lemon Squeezer,
Muddler,
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add cucumber and lemon quarters, muddle them together. Next, add Gin, 1933 Cucumber Simple Syrup, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a Collins glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it, top off with sparkling water and garnish with a thin slice of cucumber and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
