PIMM’S CUP

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60ml) of Pimm’s No. 1,
2-3 Slices of Fresh Cucumber,
1-2 Slices of Fresh Orange,
1-2 Slices of Fresh Lemon,
¾ oz (22ml) of 1933 Simple Syrup,
Sprig of Mint,
Champagne,
 Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Hurricane Glass,
Lemon Squeezer,
Muddler.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the cucumber slices, simple syrup, lemon slice, and orange slice, muddle them together. Next add the Pimm, ice, and shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Add ice, a slice of orange, and a slice of cucumber, to a Collins glass. Lastly double/fine strain the cocktail over the ice and top off with champagne, for garnish use a sprig of mint.
