RAMOS GIN FIZZ

Ramos Gin Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
1 ¼ oz (37ml) Gin,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Heavy Cream,
1 Egg White,
4 Drops of Orange Flower Water,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass or Flute Glass.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Remember, like any cocktail with egg whites, this cocktail requires a long shake. In a cocktail shaker add the egg white with a little bit of ice, shake for about 10 seconds. Next add the gin, simple syrup, lime juice, lemon juice, heavy cream, four drops of orange flower water, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 15 seconds. Next single strain the cocktail into another tin and dry shake for another 15 seconds. Lastly, pour the cocktail into a Collins Glass or a Flute Glass.
