VIOLET FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz (45ml) Gin,
¼ oz (7.5ml) Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur,
¾ oz (22ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
¾ oz (22ml) 1933 Simple Syrup,  
¼ oz(7.5ml) Cream, 
1 Egg,
Sparkling Water 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass or Wine Glass,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add a little bit of ice and the egg white, shake for 10 seconds. Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, cream, and more ice to the tin, shake vigorously for 25 seconds to combine all ingredients. Double/Fine strain over ice in a Collins glass or a wine glass. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with some lemon wheels and violet edible flowers.
