GINGER FLOWER

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal,
½  oz (15 ml) 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup,
½  oz (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
2 oz (60 ml) Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Muddler,
Lemon Squeezer,
Old-Fashion Glass,
Strainers.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the mezcal, 1933 Ginger Simple Syrup, lime juice, unsweetened hibiscus tea, and ice, shake everything vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, double strain the cocktail into an old-fashion glass and top off with ice, garnish with dehydrated lime.
