GRAPEFRUIT MEZCAL OLD-FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz (30ml) Mezcal,
½ oz (15ml) Tequila Reposado,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Old-Fashion Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
2-3 Drops of Mole Bitters or Chocolate Bitters,
Grapefruit Peel, 
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Mixing Glass,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail mixing glass add 2-3 drops of bitters, mezcal, tequila, 1933 Old-Fashioned Simple Syrup, Grapefruit Juice, and ice, stir everything for about 10-15 seconds. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
