1933 Tamarind Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice,
1 oz (30 ml) 1933 Tamarind Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Unsweetened Tamarind Juice
Chipotle Chili Salt (equal parts salt and chipotle chili),
Regular Ice,
Chipotle Chili Salt (equal parts salt and chipotle chili),
Regular Ice,
Crushed Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Old-Fashion Glass or Coupe Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add the 1933 tamarind simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, Mezcal, and regular ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Next, add chili salt to the rim of a coupe glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Lastly, top of with crushed ice and enjoy.
