MEZCAL PEACH SOUR

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz (60ml) Mezcal
1 oz (30ml) 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup

1 Half of a Fresh Lemon Cut in Quarters

2-3 Slices of Fresh Peach
1 Fresh Egg White

2-3 Dashes of Peach Bitters

Ice

BAR TOOLS:

Cocktail Shaker
Jigger

Rocks Glass

Muddler

Strainers

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the peach slices & lemon quarters, muddle them together. Next, add the Mezcal, 1933 Grilled Peach Simple Syrup, ice, and egg whites, shake everything together for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and fine/double strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with 2-3 dashes of Peach bitters and a dehydrated citrus wheel, enjoy.
