MINTY MEZCAL

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (60 ml) Mezcal,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Agave Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves,
4-5 Fresh Slices of Cucumber,
Chili Salt,
Ice.

BAR TOOLS:

Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Tumbler Glass,
Muddler,

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves and cucumber, muddle them together until you get some time of paste. Next, add the mezcal, 1933 Agave Simple Syrup, lime juice, and ice, stir everything for 10-15 seconds. Add chili salt to the rim of your tumbler glass and ice. Lastly, double/fine strain the cocktail into the glass. Top off with more ice and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
