NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE GULF

INGREDIENTS

1 oz (30 ml) Tequila Reposado,
½ oz (15ml) Mezcal,
½ oz (15ml) Rum,
½ oz (15 ml) 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice, 
½ oz (15 ml) Fresh Coconut Water, 
1 Slice of Grilled Pineapple,
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters, 
Clean Pineapple Leaf (for garnish),
Ice. 
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS

First, grill a slice of pineapple. Secondly, add the grill pineapple to a cocktail shaker and muddle it together. Thirdly, add the Mezcal, Tequila, Rum, fresh lemon juice, 1933 Grilled Pineapple Simple Syrup, fresh coconut water, and ice, to the cocktail shaker and shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Lastly, add ice to a rocks glass and double/fine strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with a clean pineapple leaf.
