OAXACAN OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS:
½ oz (15ml) Mezcal,
1½ oz (45ml) Tequila Reposado,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Old-Fashion Simple Syrup,
½ oz (15ml) 1933 Old-Fashion Simple Syrup,
2-3 Drops of Mole Bitters or Chocolate Bitters,
Orange Peel,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Mixing Glass,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Rocks Glass,
Cocktail Strainer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail mixing glass add add 2-3 drops of bitters, 1933 the mezcal, tequila, 1933 Old-Fashioned Simple Syrup, and ice, stir everything for about 10-15 seconds. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and single strain the cocktail into it. Garnish with an orange peel.
