OAXACAN SUNRISE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz (45 ml) Mezcal,
2 oz (30 ml) 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup,
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice,
1 oz (60 ml) Fresh Mango Juice,
1 oz (60 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice,
2-3 Dashes of Smoked Chili Bitters,
Sparkling Water,
Chili Salt,
Ice.
BAR TOOLS:
Cocktail Shaker,
Jigger,
Jigger,
Lemon Squeezer,
Collins Glass,
Strainers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker add the Mezcal, lime juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, smoked chili bitters, and ice, shake everything for 10-15 seconds. Next, single strain the cocktail into a Collins glass, add the 1933 Hibiscus Simple Syrup so it sink to the bottom of the glass. Lastly, add the ice and top of with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh pineapple frond or a dehydrated lime slice and sprinkle some chili salt to the to, enjoy.
